Catahoula Construction LLC is based in Central Texas. We are family-owned and are fully licensed and insured. We have over 20 years of experience in all dirt services and have a team of highly efficient heavy machinery operators. A History of Excavation and Land Preparation Services

For over two decades, we have been perfecting the art of excavation and land preparation. Our owner, Cody Kohler, knows this industry inside and out, having started his journey as a mere toddler sitting on his father’s lap in the cab. It’s clear that his passion for this work was imprinted upon him from an early age.

Today, he and his father are both in the same business and show a true dedication to the field. Cody is known for his ability to create beautiful masterpieces and will do the same for you!

WHAT WE DO

From pre-construction through completion, Catahoula Construction is by your side 100% of the way. We believe in relationships, and we communicate each step along the way with Architects, Engineers, and Designers so that we are together on maintaining design intent while exploring technique, sequencing, and options. After a consultation, we will issue the landowner a proposal with our plan of action to ensure an understanding of the process. Upon approval, we will begin the process of building or constructing your dream.
